J2EE architecture allows customers to easily integrate Plateau 4 LMS with major ERP systems, analytical tools and other business platforms to enhance organizational readiness

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA December 19, 2003 Plateau Systems, the leading provider of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS), today announced survey results showing that its customer base has significantly improved business processes by integrating Plateau 4 LMS with a wide range of front and back-office enterprise applications. These integrations include every major Human Resource and Financial Management system on the market, and more than a dozen industry-leading systems for enterprise content management, authoring, synchronous learning, business intelligence and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

In a comprehensive survey conducted at Plateau's Sept., 2003 Insights User Conference, customers collectively agreed that Plateau 4's J2EE/EJB and Web Services architecture has enabled them to create advanced integrations with existing enterprise systems. These integrations align learning with other critical business processes and automate the delivery, management and analysis of enterprise knowledge.
