Plateau Set to Host Insights Annual User Conference, October 3 - 6

Gartner Vice President, James Lundy, to Provide Keynote Address

Arlington, Va. • September 21, 2004 -Plateau Systems, the leading provider of enterprise software that manages learning and knowledge readiness, today announced that its ninth annual user conference will be held October 3-6 in San Diego, California. James Lundy of Gartner Research will be keynoting the event. Approximately 200 Plateau customers and partners are scheduled to attend.

Insights 2004 will feature an exhibitor floor, round table discussions, case study presentations, and Customer Excellence Awards - recognizing customers who have excelled in their use of Plateau (Best Overall Use of Product, Best Branding of LMS and Best Business Solution).

Plateau executives and consultants will also demonstrate new product capabilities, share information about pending learning standards and outline the company's development plans for the next 6-18 months.
